What Is ispace's Core Product or Service?

ispace is focused utilizing lunar resources and our first task is to create transportation to the Moon and around the lunar surface. The company specializes in building micro rovers using 3D printed and commercially off the shelf products (COTS) for rapid proto-typing, while maximizing structural mass efficiency and shortening the developmental life cycle. Our rovers are able to explore larger areas of the Moon faster, and at a fraction of the cost of large robots, ensuring a more cost effective approach to lunar exploration. Our robots will be essential in the prospecting stage of lunar mining. We also developing a lander service, which will provide customers the opportunity to bring payloads to any part of the lunar surface.

What Is ispace's Unique Proposition to Their Market Sector?

By lowering the mass of our rovers we are able to lower the price of transportation to the Moon. ispace has 4kg rovers that cost around 10M to send and operate on the lunar surface. Our lander will provide flexible and high frequency trips to any location on the Moon.

How Does ispace Disrupt the Competitive Environment of Its Market with Its Product/Service?

Competitors have been able to create 30kg rovers, we are the only company in existence that will have demonstrated rovers under 5kg

What Are ispace's Growth Objectives over the next 5 Years?

ispace intends to co-create the cis-lunar economy over the next 5 years with an expectation of 10 landings with payloads coming from our offices in Japan, Europe, and the US.

What Competitive Changes Does ispace Envisage Within Key Markets over the next 5 Years?

There will be more transportation providers to the lunar surface. We also envision more mobility options, depending on the size of the payload. With a renewed interest in the Moon from Asia, Europe, and the US, we foresee plenty of opportunities for growing our business.
